BOARD/COMMITTEE: PRINCETON CONSERVATION COMMISSION MINUTES
DATE: October 30, 2018            TIME: 7:00            LOCATION: Town Hall Annex
Attendance: Chairman Brian Keevan, John Vieira, Barbara Laughlin, Rachael Catlow, and Susan Mitchell
Brian Keevan called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM.
Votes taken in the following actions are “all in favor” unless noted otherwise.
Public Hearings:
Item 1: A public hearing was continued at 7:02 for a NOI for lot 16BR on Hickory Drive (DEP#267-0415).  The applicant, Labadini Corp., submitted a NOI for the construction of a single family home.  A site walk was conducted on October 28, 2018 by Commissioners John and Brian.  James Whitman, the property owner and Miguel Gonzalez of Labadini Corp. presented information.  This public hearing was continued on November 20, 2018 because a requested plan had not been prepared and submitted to the commission for review and acceptance.

Commission Other Business, Mail, Procedures, etc.:
The August 21, 2018 and October 16, 2018 meeting minutes were reviewed and approved with minor edits on 3 sets for each.
The Commission discussed the need for records management prior to building upgrades.  The Commission requested a file cabinet and ordered tubes to hold larger project plans.  
The Commission discussed the proposed trails located at the Calamint Hill Road North Conservation Area regarding horse access.  
The Commission distributed a Draft Code of Conduct to members for review.
The Commission discussed a purchase of safety vests.
The next PCC meeting is scheduled for November 20, 2018.
